Return and Exchange Policy
At our store, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
No Returns or Exchanges
- Once the item is shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind. Only items with defects, damages, or errors in shipment are eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt. Any return request after 30 days will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at semyea@semyear.net. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
- If your return is approved, you will be sent return instructions and a shipping label. Please note that returns must be shipped to the following address:

Non-returnable Items
Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Items with no defects or issues, such as those purchased based on color or size preferences.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide a return shipping label only if the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
25% Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period still applies. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing a justification, provided that the item is in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
